Returns & Exchanges

Los Angeles Apparel offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items, provided they are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our Los Angeles warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
